OVERVIEW

At Être Canine, we approach shipping with the same care and intention we bring to our products. Every order is packed by hand, inspected for quality, and dispatched with materials chosen to protect both the product and the environment.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. During product launches, limited-edition releases, or periods of high demand, processing may extend to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@etrecanine.com.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Être Canine products are perishable food items intended for canine consumption. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services at this time. We reserve the right to cancel orders shipped to restricted addresses and issue a full refund.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

HOLIDAY AND SEASONAL CONSIDERATIONS

During peak holiday periods (November through January), shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend placing orders at least 10 business days before your desired delivery date during these periods. We will communicate any anticipated delays via email and on our website.
